The praised Roman jowl bacon is available wholesale and at our store. Ours is very traditional and decadently delicious. We use jowls exclusively from the finest Berkshire pork.
Our guanciale is aggressively spiced, slowly cured, and bathed in wine, resulting in a truely unique product.
